Meet the Person Behind The Williams Co.
What started as a dream has grown into something I’m incredibly proud to share with you.
The Williams Co. started with a love for creating beautiful spaces, finding unique pieces, and bringing people together through the things we love.
My love for decorating started when I was young, spending time decorating for the holidays and creating special spaces with my Grandma Nancy. Those memories stayed with me and eventually grew into a passion for design, decorating, and creating spaces that feel warm and inviting.
After years of experience working in design and shop keeping, I decided it was time to build something of my own. The Williams Co. began online, and what started as a small idea has continued to grow into something I’m incredibly proud of.
In August 2026, The Williams Co. took its next step and opened our first physical space inside The Common Ground Warehouse in Medina, Ohio.
More Than Just a Store
At The Williams Co., we’re passionate about finding high-quality, thoughtfully chosen products that we genuinely love. Whenever possible, we love sourcing from small businesses and independent makers, while also carrying brands and products from other places that we believe are worth sharing with you.
Our goal is simple: create a shop where you can come in, look around, find something special, and hopefully leave feeling inspired.
Why “The Williams Co.”?
The name The Williams Co. is a tribute to my Grandpa William, whose name and legacy have always meant a great deal to our family.
He was someone I admired for his compassion, kindness, and the way he cared for the people around him. Those are qualities I hope to carry with me, both personally and through this business.
My Grandma Barb is also a huge part of that legacy. Today, she continues to create pieces by hand for our Her Hands His Legacy Collection, making each one especially meaningful to our family and to The Williams Co.
To me, the name William represents more than a name. It represents kindness, family, resilience, and leaving something good behind.

From decorating with my Grandma Nancy when I was young, to carrying on my Grandpa William's legacy, so much of what I love has found its way into this business.
What started online has grown into a place I get to share with our community, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported The Williams Co. along the way.
